Packing/shipping costs will be calculated once the items are boxed, small and standard items typically pack/ship for about $7, and larger ones ship for $9-$10, depending on size/weight.Multiple items may be shipped together at no extra cost.

Broken, Misprint, or misspelled prints can be recreated at no cost or refund.

After a succesful delivery of a print to its destination refunds are not available.

Will there be pre-designed options?

We typically print when someone orders, but there are a few “pre-designed” options, and we’ll be adding more.Any image you see on the website can be recreated or customized with your name.For a silhouette, once we’ve obtained it or created it, we can use it over and over.

What is the basic price for a standard print (standard size, standard type, etc)?

Base prices for prints, whether word/word or word/image, are as follows (extra charges apply for horizontal prints, those that have an image on both sides, or those that require painting):

Small (1/2-inch letters): $25

Standard: (3/4-inch letters): $30

Large: (1-inch letters): $40

Jumbo: (1-1/2 inch letters): $60

Will there be pre-designed options?

Words and Names

Are there any limitations for combining two words (Word + Word)?

Typically, words need to be within 2 characters of each other to be compatible, but that can be mitigated a little, especially for a keychain or an ornament where we can add a loop to the shorter side for the ring/hanger.

Is there a Character Limit?

For keychain/ornament and standard prints, the limit is 9 characters, although we can get more letters in if they are compressed (flatter letters)

Are there any additional costs associated with combining two words?

There are no additional costs for combining two words. That is the standard expectation.

Silhouettes

What are the size/dimension limits for silhouettes?

Size/dimensions vary depending on both the 1st and 2nd images, so each needs to be calculated individually.

Typically, a “jumbo” print with 6-7 letters would be the maximum size we can create, but we would have to build it and try it against the software before making that determination. If the print is too large for our printer, we can reduce the size in small percentage increments until it fits the print plate.

Are there any limitations when combining two silhouettes (Silhouette + Silhouette)?

Yes. The second image width cannot exceed 4 inches. This is because the width of the print plate plus the required scaffolding maxes out at that point, since the length (which is larger) is required for the first image.

Are there additional costs for combining two silhouettes?

If two silhouettes are to be combined, we’ll examine the prints and make a custom pricing determination at that point. Wider images significantly increase the amount of resin used and total bulk of the print.

Silhouettes

Can you print my college mascot, corporate logo, favorite Disney character, or other licensed images?

If we do not own a license for an image (e.g., college mascot or corporate logo), we cannot print it until we obtain that right. We eventually plan on licensing commonly requested images and phrases (such as “Roll Tide” or “War Eagle,” but we currently don’t have the rights to print them.

What if I want a silhouette of my dog or have an image of something else I own?

If you own the silhouette (without editing), we can potentially use it. If we don’t own the desired image, we have an artist who creates them for us for about $12.50 an image (cost will be passed along to the customer). Once the image is created, it can be reordered at no extra charge.

Silhouette and Word

Are there any additional costs associated with combining Silhouette + Word?

Only if the name is so long that it makes the image larger than normal. In those cases, we would charge for the next higher size.

Are there any limitations for combining a word with a silhouette? (Silhouette + Word)?

To add a silhouette, we need to own the license to print the image.If you see an image in our library, or if we can identify a free source for one, we can print it at no extra charge.

Is there a number of the number of characters I can use with an image?

The longer the word, the larger the silhouette will be, since it scales up the picture with the larger height for the letters.

Keychain/Ornament

Is there an additional fee for adding a keychain or ornament?

There is no extra cost for a keychain or ornament. Our keychains come with a small cable keychain that can be threaded through a key and twisted closed.

Is a loop always included with keychains/ornaments?

If a keychain or ornament is selected, a loop is included at no extra cost. Likewise, if the customer wants to have it on a small platform (so it can stand up), there is no extra cost. We just need to know which option they prefer.

Standing Display

Is there an additional fee for including a stand?

A stand comes standard for any size at no extra charge.

Is a stand always included?

Stands are standard for larger prints (but can be left off if desired). Stands would not normally be included for a keychain or ornament, since they would typically hang from the provided loop. However, we can include one if desired at no extra charge.

Lay It Flat

Is there an additional fee for laying it flat?

Flat displays are actually more difficult to create and take extra time to design. Flat displays will add an additional $5 to the cost, regardless of the size of the print.

Will the silhouette always be positioned horizontally when laid flat?

Yes. If something different is required, just contact us and let us know what you are thinking so we can tell if it will work.

Is there a fee for doing a laid flat design?

Yes, an extra $5 per print (regardless of size) is required for flat prints, due to complexities in designing them.

This includes, but is not limited to, the selection of themes, concepts, and expressions utilized in our products, services, and communications. This policy ensures that all creative outputs align with our vision and standards, and it ensures a respectful and welcoming environment for all patrons.

We reserve the right to refuse requests that contain anything that is vulgar, rude, insulting, crude, pornographic, racist, or otherwise offensive. If a customer becomes rude or otherwise offensive in behavior toward one or more of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse future service to this individual.

Pivot Prints come in 3 formats:

2 Words: A word or name is visible from each side.

2 Images: A different image or Silhouette is visible from each side.

Combo: A word is visible from one side, and an image from the other.
There are 4 styles to choose from.

An ornament includes a loop at the top to allow for hanging your pivot print.

A key chain is similar to an ornament,but smaller. These cost $5/print less than a standing or ornament print.

A standing style stands on a desk or shelf. A stand is included in the design.

A Lat It Flat style lays flatt on a surface. These cost an additional $5/print.
The size of print is based on the size of each letter.

Since the number of letters affect the overall size of the print, we charge based on the WIDTH of the font.Regardless of the length of the name (to a limit), we charge the same for a print based on the font size, whether it makes the image larger or not.

Small: 1/2in per letter or max ~4.5in for images.

Standard: 3/4in per letter or max ~6.75in for images.

Large: 1in per letter or max ~8.25in for images.

Jumbo: 1 1/2in per letter or max ~9in for images.
Prints are available in white, color (painted), and clear.

Clear prints are limited in size (small and standard only). These have a 'glassy' look to them. And are an additional $5/print.

Painted colors are an additional $10/print if the color is in stock. If not, there is a 3-piece minimum to paint in a new color.
