Pivot Prints reserves the exclusive right to determine the nature and direction of all creative and intellectual endeavors undertaken here. This includes, but is not limited to, the selection of themes, concepts, and expressions utilized in our products, services, and communications. This policy ensures that all creative outputs align with our vision and standards, and it ensures a respectful and welcoming environment for all patrons. 

We reserve the right to refuse requests that contain anything that is vulgar, rude, insulting, crude, pornographic, racist, or otherwise offensive. If a customer becomes rude or otherwise offensive in behavior toward one or more of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse future service to this individual.
